MYBB Healing Circles Workshop

Sometimes talking helps. Come and join a healing circle for sharing, talking and exploring strategies for responding to the challenges of life  from an African-Centred perspective. 

Currently two sessions are in place: a sister circle taking place on the third Wednesday evening of each month and a mixed men and women circle taking place once a month on a Saturday. 

Facilitators are not therapists but are trained by Pattigift - an African-centred therapy service based in Birmingham. 

Pre-booking is required for each session.
